The One Total Home Experience, stylized THE One, is a furniture retail company founded by Swedish entrepreneur and philanthropist Thomas Lundgren. As of December 2014, the home fashion brand has a total of 18 stores across the Middle East in Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates, with a total staff complement of over 700. ==History== The first The One store opened in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in 1996.
